The analysis will consider
• Ankle, knee and hip alignment
• Overpronation/Underpronation
• Video software allows to compare side by side video, slow motion playback and measuring angles in high quality video.
• Help to determine heel to toe offset

Comparison of the two photo’s
OLD SHOES – In the first photo the inner ankle is over pronated, seen below in this photo. This is not good, your body weight takes the load on your ankles, knees and hips.

NEW SHOES FITTED BY RUNNINGWORKS – In the second photo the foot is completely neutral. The ankle to knee is much straighter, only at a 5 degree angle. The hips are also straight as they should be.
